illusion de bois | dark olive

What Makes This Special
A stylized interpretation of wood paneling, Illusion de Bois is based on artwork by artist and designer Xavier Donnelly, the creative director of New York City–based Ash studio. Reflecting the expressive brushwork of Donnelly’s original acrylic painting and coated with a glossy hand-applied finish that evokes polished millwork, the large-scale design is an imaginative update of the classic faux-bois motif. This striking wallcovering coordinates seamlessly with Backdrop’s premium climate-neutral paints. -
